I learned this morning that I was a notable vector in the love honk containment breach. On Boxing Day (as celebrated by commonwealth nations), I shared this silly doodle with a friend. The hornliness of that one synth escaped neither of us. Obviously, I had to make sure they'd heard the essential love honk classics, and from there, they had to make sure Instagram had too, and yeah.

What better way to convey the ~utter euphoria~ of knowing I've had some sort of hand in guiding love honk toward the masses than to share a sample of this hallowed happy honkcore anthem from the very early days of the Honkaloid community? For all those tired "realhonk vs. fakehonk" debates the scene may have brought about, I think everyone can concede that The Bouncers' Blaramours brought us some bonafide bangers! This track in particular is largely responsible for Honksune Choo-Choo having won the favor of the community's hearts back then, marking the beginning of her rise to virtual honk stardom... it's hard to imagine where we might be without it!
